Making an Appointment

We ask that you make appointments for all non-emergencies. If you develop an emergency, please call ahead so that we can be better prepared to help you. In order to help us stay on schedule, please try to arrive early. If we are running behind due to an emergency, please be assured that your pet's needs will be attended to as soon as possible. If you are unable to wait, please inform the staff so that we can reschedule your appointment or possibly introduce you to one of our other doctors.

Appointments can also be requested online through Pet Portal

As a courtesy to fellow clients, please notify us by phone at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late may experience a delay due to our schedule, may be asked to meet with another doctor or may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Health & Safety

For your pet's safety, and as a courtesy to our other clients, we ask that whenever you come to the clinic you maintain control of your pet on a leash or in a suitable carrier. For the health of your pet, all dogs and cats which are hospitalized for surgery or treatment will be required to be up to date on their vaccines.

Please help us keep our records up to date. If any of your personal information has changed, please fill out a new Welcome Form.
