Making an Appointment
We ask that you make appointments for all non-emergencies. If you develop an emergency, please call ahead so that we can be better prepared to help you. In order to help us stay on schedule, please try to arrive early. If we are running behind due to an emergency, please be assured that your pet's needs will be attended to as soon as possible. If you are unable to wait, please inform the staff so that we can reschedule your appointment or possibly introduce you to one of our other doctors.
As a courtesy to fellow clients, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late may experience a delay due to our schedule, may be asked to meet with another doctor or may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
